Jeanne and I have had the opportunity to work with you now two separate times. Our first experience was with an opportunity we had to purchase a resort property within Paradise Village at Zion. We worked with David over a seven-month period of construction and purchase. We were always informed and were provided the latest in the development and construction of our new property up to and including closing.

We have just recently had the opportunity to have David represent us in the sale of estate property. The property was in fair condition only and David was able to advise us as to what improvements should be made and those that were not necessary to market the property. We followed all the advice he provided as well as recommendations to professionals in fields from deep cleaning, decorating, floor coverings, painters, property inspectors, landscapers, etc. All of which turned out to be exceptional in their fields. After following his guidance and having all work completed he was able to list and sell our property at over the asking price in less than two days.
